Well, thank goodness I didn’t hand over after that first miserable try! My life just wouldn’t be complete without roasted pumpkin seeds. I’m happy to say, the second batch didn’t simply work, it blew my thoughts! The cup of seeds I roasted didn't last long between the 2 of us.
Every move by the kitchen was an excuse to seize a crispy handful off the pan.
